Confident and reliable service, got me out of a situation quick by patching my tire for a fair asking price. Glad to have followed the google recommendation of this place. Try it!

Never too late for a good review. Sometime around Aug 30th 2021 (couple days after hurricane Laura hit swla) my daughter called me and was upset because she hit some debris on the road and sliced a tire! The bad part is there were nearly no businesses open back up at this time, not to mention it was roughly 9pm! I had a feeling we were screwed! Started making phone calls without a single answer or even an answering machine. We were about to give it up when suddenly she started talking to someone! It was a super nice guy from Family tire care who had the business line forwarded to his cell phone. He said he would meet us at the shop. The town was super dark and empty but we made our way to the shop. This guy was there waiting on us, he fixed her up with a new tire, didn’t up charge at all, and we were on our way. That’s what I call being there for your customers!

Absolutely great service! On our way to Houston my son caught a blow out close to 5pm. These guys were so patient with us and waited for us to come with the tire from Walmart to install for us! I’m so grateful to have come across this place! 10 out 10 I definitely recommend.
